Current patients can use the secure patient portal to access available account and practice functions. Portal features may change as Helyx Health updates its systems, so the portal itself is the authoritative source for the tools currently available.
What You May Be Able to Do
Depending on your account and current portal configuration, you may be able to:
Not every clinical record or administrative function will necessarily appear in the portal.
First-Time Access
Use the invitation or activation instructions supplied by Helyx Health. Confirm that your name, date of birth, email address, and other identifying details match the information held by the practice.
If you did not receive an invitation, do not create repeated accounts. Contact Helyx Health so the team can verify your identity and portal status.
Protecting Your Account
Use a private device when possible, create a unique password, and sign out when using a shared device. Do not share portal credentials with another person. Contact the practice promptly if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.
Messaging and Urgent Concerns
Portal messages are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies. If you may act on thoughts of suicide or harm, cannot remain safe, or face an immediate emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
For time-sensitive medication concerns, follow your clinician’s instructions and contact the practice through the appropriate channel.
Technical Help
If you cannot sign in, use the portal’s account-recovery option or contact Helyx Health. Staff may need to verify your identity before changing account access. Never send your password by email or text.
