With over 15 years of experience in pharmacy operations, billing, and healthcare management, Jess brings a deep understanding of how strong systems and compassionate support create a better experience for both patients and providers. She is deeply passionate about mental health care and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels supported and cared for throughout their journey at Helyx Health.
Outside of her work, Jess enjoys exploring nature, discovering new foods, attending concerts, practicing meditation, and planning her next travel adventure.
